Established in 2025, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) is dedicated to promoting internationalization as a core value of Mackay Medical University. The OIA advances education, research, and cultural exchange, expands global partnerships, and fosters a diverse and inclusive learning environment to cultivate medical professionals with a global vision. Main responsibilities include:

• 推動國際學校合作交流 Promoting international academic cooperation and exchange programs
• 招收境外學生Recruiting international students
• 跨文化交流與國際志工培育Fostering cross-cultural exchange and developing international volunteer programs

本處為本校國際業務之統一窗口，致力於提供學生、教職員及國際訪賓即時且全面的國際交流資訊，並促進與海外學者及機構的聯繫與合作，打造便捷高效的國際交流平台。
