本處以國際事務長為首，下轄國際事務組組長與行政人員共2人，在組織上分為國際事務組、馬偕健康與文化交流中心兩大單位推動各項業務。各單位業務執掌如下：
The Office is headed by the Director of International Affairs, and includes an International Affairs Section Chief and two administrative staff members. The OIA is organized into two main divisions to carry out its functions: the International Affairs Section and the Mackay Center for Health and Cultural Exchange. ● 研究分析：規劃並執行國際文化交流與教育合作計畫。Research and Planning: Designs and implements programs for international cultural exchange and educational cooperation.
● 國際學術合作：推動國際學術交流、師生交換與研習、辦理姊妹校地約、締約與合作推動。International Academic Collaboration: Promotes international academic exchanges, faculty and student mobility programs, and oversees sister-school agreements and partnerships.
● 境外招生：負責本校境外學位生招生策略及教育展整體規劃、海內外招生活動企劃執行等業務。International Student Recruitment: Develops recruitment strategies for international degree students, plans and executes participation in education fairs and related recruitment activities domestically and abroad.
