計畫簡介 Introduction
馬偕醫學大學秉持基督救世與社會責任之精神，每年利用暑假期間籌組海外志工服務隊，帶領學子走出校園，將愛心與專業傳遞至世界需要的角落。目前常態性辦理之核心計畫包含：與世光協會合作之泰國短宣志工服務隊，以及與馬偕紀念醫院攜手之柬埔寨海外醫療義診服務隊。
In the spirit of "Christ’s Salvation" and "Service to Society," MacKay Medical University organizes international volunteer service teams every summer. These programs lead students beyond the classroom to share their compassion and professional skills in corners of the world in need. Currently, our core initiatives include the Thailand Short-term Mission Volunteer Team (in partnership with the World Light Association) and the Cambodia Medical Mission Team (in collaboration with MacKay Memorial Hospital).
重點計畫說明 Featured Programs
1. 泰國短宣志工服務隊 | Thailand Short-term Mission Team
合作單位：臺灣世光協會 (Light of the World Association Taiwan)
服務核心：透過文化交流、華語教學及信仰關懷，走訪泰北地區，陪伴當地孩童並提供實質的教育支持與關懷服務。
Mission Focus: Through cultural exchange, Mandarin teaching, and spiritual care, this team visits Northern Thailand to support local children, providing educational assistance and heartfelt companionship.
2. 柬埔寨醫療義診服務隊 | Cambodia Medical Mission Team
合作單位：馬偕紀念醫院 (MacKay Memorial Hospital)
服務核心：結合馬偕醫院專業醫療資源，由醫師帶領學生深入柬埔寨偏鄉，提供基礎醫療義診、公共衛生衛教及健康篩檢，發揮醫學專業之實質影響力。
Mission Focus: Leveraging the professional resources of MacKay Memorial Hospital, this team is led by physicians into rural Cambodia to provide medical clinics, public health education, and health screenings, creating a tangible impact through medical expertise.
報名資訊 Recruitment Information
招募時間：每年度招募時間及名額將視合作單位規劃，於每年寒假期間由國際事務處統一發布公告。
對象：歡迎本校具有服務熱忱且符合簡章專長需求之在學學生踴躍報名。
Timeline: Recruitment announcements and quotas are released by the OIA around winter vacation each year, following coordination with our partner organizations. We welcome all students with a passion for service to apply.
義務與結案程序 Post-Selection Obligations & Completion
錄取之學生須履行以下義務，以完成補助流程：
Selected students are required to fulfill the following obligations to complete the grant process:
1. 參與行前說明會 Pre-Departure Orientation
獲選學生務必參加由國際處和合作機構舉辦之行前說明會。會中將說明出國期間之安全注意事項以及獎助金撥付與核銷之重要規定，以確保海外順利進行。
Selected students are required to attend the orientation session organized by the OIA and orginization. The session covers essential topics including overseas safety, and regulations for grant disbursement and reimbursement to ensure a successful exchange experience.
2. 參與返國分享會 Post-Return Sharing Session
為促進校內國際化氛圍並傳承經驗，返國後須配合參與心得分享會。透過簡報或座談方式，將海外服務之收穫與文化體驗分享予全校師生，作為學弟妹之參考。
To foster an internationalized campus environment and pass down valuable experience, students must participate in a sharing session upon their return. Through presentations or forums, students share their overseas insights and cultural experiences.
3. 返國核銷流程 Post-Return Reimbursement & Reporting
學生須於返國後規定期限內，提交返國心得報告並上傳至國際事務處線上系統，同時備妥機票票根、登機證及相關單據辦理經費核銷作業。
Within the designated timeframe after returning to Taiwan, students must submit their final report to the OIA online system and provide all necessary documents, including flight ticket stubs, boarding passes, and relevant receipts, to their department for final reimbursement processing.
