馬偕醫學大學國際處（Office of International Affairs , OIA）致力於提供僑生全方位的行政及生活支援，協助僑生順利申請入學、適應校園環境，並於在學期間獲得完善的輔導與協助。國際處同時作為校內外相關單位與僑生之間的主要聯繫窗口，確保各項學業及生活事務順利進行。

The Office of International Affairs (OIA) at Mackay Medical University (MMU) is dedicated to providing comprehensive administrative and student support services for Overseas Students. OIA assists students throughout the admission process, helps them adapt to campus life, and ensures they receive appropriate guidance and assistance during their studies. The office also serves as the primary liaison between students and relevant administrative units on and off campus.

僑生服務與業務簡介 Services for Overseas Compatriot Students

招生與入學協助 Admission Consultation and Application Assistance

• 提供僑生入學資格、申請流程及所需文件之諮詢與指導。Provide consultation on admission requirements, application procedures, and document preparation.
• 協助僑生透過「海外聯合招生委員會」辦理報名及相關手續。Assist students with the application process through the Overseas Joint Admissions Committee (OJAC).
• 針對個人申請或特殊入學方式提供必要的行政協助。Offer administrative support for individual applications or special admission programs.

報到與居留手續 Registration and Residency Services

• 協助僑生完成新生報到、居留證件、健保及相關行政流程。Support students in completing registration, Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) applications, National Health Insurance, and other administrative procedures.
• 提供簽證、居留期限及法規相關諮詢服務。Provide consultation regarding visa regulations and residency requirements.

校園生活與輔導支持  Campus Life and Student Support

• 協助僑生適應校園文化與生活環境，提供生活、住宿及健康資訊。Help students adjust to campus life by offering information on housing, health, and daily living.
• 規劃迎新、文化交流及輔導活動，促進跨文化理解與融合。Organize orientation programs, cultural exchange events, and counseling activities to promote cross-cultural understanding.

獎助學金與資源連結 Scholarships and Resource Connection

• 提供僑生可申請之校內外獎學金、助學金及補助資訊。Provide information on available scholarships and financial aid programs for Overseas Chinese Students.
• 協助連結僑務委員會及相關政府單位資源，協助僑生申請各項補助計畫。Connect students with resources offered by the Overseas Community Affairs Council and other government agencies.
